No Hidden Fees

When you hire CGS, our clients are given a detailed report of exactly where there hard earned money is going and for what reasons. We provide a written contract of services and costs associated with each project. There are no hidden fees and no surprises in your invoice. Our clients are provided a set rate, and this rate will not be altered unless a change order is agreed upon.

Consistent Invoices

At the time of hiring, CGS will provide each client with an agreement outlining the different payment options. Available payment options may include the day of services, weekly or monthly. Each invoice provided to the client will show detailed information regarding all of the services performed on your property. In addition, our clients receive an itemized inventory list of each of the products installed.

Detailed Project Itemization

CGS will provide each client with a detailed breakdown of each project cost before beginning work on your property. CGS will itemize each and every plant and product (black dirt, manure, mulch, fertilizers, etc.) that is used on your property, so that our clients are made aware of where there hard earned money is being spent. There will be no guess work for the client trying to understand what products are being used, what plant is installed or the costs applied.
